AST Requirements for Online

We assume the website exists with some starter pages. Add a button for Online Order with the help from your web admin. Sample shown below: Once it is created we will send you a URL address or Link to open the new page, which will be on our secured Online Ordering page with the menu and modifiers along with Payment processing integrated. Once the Customer places the items and Pays, the order will be sent to the AST POS and Kitchen Printer, email sent to you and the customer. After it is done the page will go back to your web site home page. Send us your domain name to redirect. In order to help you quickly setup the Online engine we need the following basic information about your business operations

1. Menu items will be populated from the POS and sent for review

2. Remove any unwanted items or change Prices as needed.

3. Mention the Opening and Closing times for the days of the week for Online Ordering availability.

4. Specify if you would accept Delivery Orders or Only Pickup or Both

5. If Delivery then the radius and Zip codes served, minimum Order amount to be eligible for Delivery.

6. Minimum and Maximum Order Value and Items the customer can Order so as not to overwhelm or create lower value orders.

7. Payment Processing will be used same as POS thus no extra setup or fee will be charged and all Orders goes to the same day Batch.

8. Email address of the Manager to notify of the Order being processed.
