This system is very easy to use. The employees like it better than the regular cash register. Overall it is a very good system.

This POS system is a lot better than the previous system we had. The previous system had a lot of problems. It was very slow and would often get stuck. It would take 10-15 mins to get the system restarted again. Unlike the other system we had, AST POS works a lot faster. Its very easy to use. Anyone can learn how to use it within 10 mins. Their service is also very excellent. They are always there to guide us. Overall a very good system.

This system is a lot simpler than the other POS system we use to have. It provides clear information. Daily close is now easier for us. Overall a very good POS system.

Support and Service are very good. Naveen helps us 24/7. Only suggestion for improvement is to create a wireless POS system.

Software is working good. Wish it had more inventory and report functions. However, overall the system works well.

We had some management reports problem, but AST good customer service has helped to solve the problem.

There were hardware problems in the beginning. System is good and price is good also

I initially purchased a fairly popular POS elsewhere about 2 years back. There were many problems with that system within a few weeks of usage. It kept dying down on busy Friday nights. The support was OK, but there were issues in software or whatever. I was so mad, frustrated and lost hope of having a POS. Then I came across AST and since then, knock on the wood.. it never died on us for last 8 months. The screens are so easy and user friendly that my servers are happy to use it. Overall, I am a happy customer and would recommend to any pizzeria. Serving in Bay for 18 years.

Initially when we were looking around for POS for our Franchise run “Little Caesars Pizza”, we saw lots of the products out there, but we were not sure which one to go for. When I first started out with you guys you were my first POS. I was excited about having a POS system. Then we came into all the problems. But as time has passed, your software is awesome. I feel confident about recommending this system to other restaurant owners. The software is simple and any dummy can learn to use it. You guys have been great getting all the bugs out. I did look for a Point of Sale Systems for my restaurant for over a year. I went to Las Vegas to a food show, and there were 14 booths of POS systems. I spent almost a full day checking out all 14 booths. Your system software have features I found in 6 different systems combined all in one. That is the good news…the bad news was that for the same amount of hardware the most inexpensive system that I found was $17.000.00 and the most expensive 23.800.00 and most of them where out of state. Then I found your company right in my back yard and you did everything for the Best Price. I have the system now for over 6 months and I am VERY HAPPY THAT I CHOOSE YOU. I would like to thank you for all your help and efforts to set me up and for your quick response to the 1 small problem I had at that time.
